Draw... (and modyfication of generated design)

Using these functions You can draw lines, arcs or circles... You can also modify drawings created in the past. So You have possibility to modify drawing generated by FEFCO/ECMA macro, or to create Yourself drawing.

Draw

Click one of the buttons below, to choose type of line, which You want draw:

or "L" key - Draw line. Every subsequent clicking draw line from the end of previous one.

or "Shift+L" key - Draw line according to the entered parameters. First clicking indicates startpoint of first line. Entering the following coordinates, draw another line from the end of the previous one.

or "_" key - Draw horizontal line or construction line.

or "|" key - Draw vertical line or construction line.

- Draw diagonal line at indicated angle or construction diagonal line at indicated angle.

or "P" key - Draw a parallel to the indicated object at the specified distance from it, or construction line parallel to the indicated line at the specified distance from it.

or "Shift+P" key - Draw a line or construction line perpendicular to the indicated object.

- Draw construction line passing through indicated points.

or "R" key - Draw rectangle.

or "Alt+R" key - Draw a rectangle with the given dimensions.

or "Ctrl+Shift+C" key - Draw a circle with a specified radius or diameter.

or "Shift+C" key - Draw circle.

or "Shift+Alt+A" key - Draw an arc on the basis of the center, startpoint and endpoint.

or "Ctrl+Alt+A" key - Draw an arc on the basis of 3 points.

or "Alt+T" key - Insert text. In window wchich appears choose font type, size, alignment, and enter text. Later, You can modify text, and if you choose the "Laser" font, You can break it into lines and arcs.

or "Alt+S" key - Insert symbol (choose from list). Symbols can be modified, they are stored in a folder "...Database\Symbols\" as ".tlkart" files.

- Insert drawing frame. Frames are destined for designing project card (containing tables and drawings). In the window which appears, select frame type. You can choose:

or "Delete" key - Usuń zaznaczone obiekty aktualnej warstwy.

or "Ctrl+U" key - Undo the last action.

or "Ctrl+R" key - Redo the last action.

Snapping

or "N" key - Turn off snapping.

or "E" key - Snap to startpont or endpoint of object.

or "M" key - Snap to middle of object.

or "I" key - Snap to intersection of 2 objects.

or "O" key - Snap to any point of the object.

or "C" key - Snap to center of arc/circle.

or "Q" key - Snap to quadrant of arc/circle.

"H" key - Move horizontally only.

"V" key - Move vertically only.

Snapping points can be used in most drawing functions and transformation tools. Remember that using the function in which there are several clicks (for example, drawing a series of lines), you can change the snapping points for subsequent clicks.

Selection

or "Ctrl+A" key - Select all objects of the current layer.

or "A" key - Select 1 or more objects of the current layer. By clicking on the object will be selected. By clicking background, pointing at the beginning of the selected area. By clicking a second time, pointing selected area. Objects within the area will be selected.

or "Shift+A" key - Select all objects of the same type of the current layer. By clicking on the object, all objects of its type will be selected.

or "Ctrl+Shift+A" key - Unselect all objects of the current layer.

Selecting objects you can hold down the "Shift" key. Then all selected objects stay selected (new objects will be added to the selection). Holding down the "Ctrl" key negate the selection of area, object or linetype.

Trim/Extend

or "," key - Break an object by another object. First indicate the breaking object, then indicate the object designed to break.

or "\" key - Extend an object with the specified length (negative value shortens the object).

or "7" key - Create chamfer between 2 lines.

or "9" key - Create corner between 2 objects.

or "8" key - Create radius between 2 objects.

or "0" key - Create radius between 3 objects.

or "." key - Extend/Shorten an object to intersection with second object. First indicate object to extend, then indicate object to whom we extend.

or "/" key - Cut an object to intersection with other objects.

- Reduce overlapping lines (so called common knives). If nothing is selected, function works with cutting lines. If you have selected some lines, function works with the selected lines.

Transformation tools

or "Shift+D" key - Copy/Move selected objects. First point to the beginning of the transfer vector, then point to the end of the transfer vector. Indicating the end by left button objects will be moved, whilst indicating the end by middle button objects will be copied.

- Copy/Move selected objects by the specified vector. Enter the coordinates of the translation vector and indicate whether the objects are moved or copied.

or "Shift+R" key - Rotate selected objects. First enter the angle of rotation, then point to the center of rotation. Indicating the end by left button objects will be rotated, whilst indicating the end by middle button objects will be copied and then rotated.

or "Ctrl+Shift+R" - Rotate and copy/move selected objects. First enter the angle of rotation, then point to the beginning of the transfer vector, and then point to the end of the transfer vector. Indicating the end by left button objects will be rotated and moved, whilst indicating the end by middle button objects will be copied and then rotated and moved.

or "Shift+M" key - Mirror selected objects by axis. First select the axis of mirror (Y axis, X axis or indicated line), and then indicate point, through which the mirror line (Y axis or X axis) or mirror line. Indicating the end by left button objects will be mirrored, whilst indicating the end by middle button objects will be copied and then mirrored.

- Scale selected objects. First enter scalling size, then indicate scalling center. Indicating center of scalling by left button selected objects will be scale, whilst indicating center of scalling by middle button selected objects will be copied and then scale.

- Scale asymmetric selected objects. First enter scalling size (horizontal and vertical), then indicate scalling center. Indicating center of scalling by left button selected objects will be scale, whilst indicating center of scalling by middle button selected objects will be copied and then scale.

or "Alt+Shift+S" key - Move vertices from the specified area. First enter coordinates of the translation vector, then indicate opposite corners of the area.

- Move indicated vertex to another place.

- Arrange selected objects. Enter a translation vector in the X and Y axes, and the number of objects in the X and Y axes.

- Change type of selected objects (knife, crease...) the currently selected.

- Change/show parameters of selected objects. If specified parameter is different for all selected objects, is not displayed. However, it can be codified by typing the value.

- Explode "Laser" type text to lines and arcs, perforation lines to short knife sections, combo lines to short crease and knife sections.

Measurement

or "1" key - Measure the length of the selected object.

or "2" key - Measure the distance between two specified points.
