Die-cut
Functions such as the design of die allow to put bridges on the line of knives and lines of plywood. Also aid of the design of boards punch, inserting elements such as cut-centering, mounting holes, knives compensation (balancing) automatically...
Bridges
To show / hide the bridges select: View/Show/hide bridges or press "F7".
To insert bridges on selected objects (or change of an earlier arrangement) select: Edit/Die cut/Insert bridges automatically or click button:

A window will appear where You can choose the bridging method. We have to disposal 2 method:
- - Maximum distance between bridges
- - Fixed number of bridges
To change the number of bridges on selected objects, select: Edit/Die cut/Change bridges number or click button:

To change the width of bridges on selected objects, select: Edit/Die cut/Change bridges width or click button:

To remove bridges on selected objects, select: Edit/Die cut/Remove bridges or click button:

If the view of bridges is on, selecting export to .dxf lines will be divided, while in the export to .cf2 will be stored information about bridges.
Die board
To draw a die board on the current layer, select: Edit/Die cut/Draw dieboard, press "Alt+D" keys or click button:

A window of die cut parameters will appear:

Parameters which require clarification:
- - Machine - selecting a previously saved machine recreate all of its parameters. We can also enter the parameters manually. "+" button saves settings of the new machine as the entered name. If the specified machine is on the list, its parameters will change. "-" button removes the selected machine.
- - Adjustment of plywood in the X axis - the width of plywood can be calculated based on the margins (distance from knives) or specified directly.
- - Adjustment of plywood in the Y axis - the width of plywood can be calculated based on the margins (distance from knives) or specified directly. With a fixed height, samples can be placed on the board centrally or moved by a specified distance from the bottom edge.
- - Centre notch - parameters of notch on the front of the plywood. Setting a negative offset, notch will be moved to the left.
- - Centering notches - setting will insert circular notches on the front edge (BOBST SPO series).
- - Easyset - setting will insert selected grid of cutting die holes on the drawing. By default, the grid is drawn in view at the knives. If it's the grid for the SP series, it will be positioned by the front edge of the board. If it's a grid for the SPO series, it will be positioned by the so-called "first rule".
- - Compensating knives - setting will draw the compensating knives from the top edge of the board. Top margin means the distance from the top edge of the board. Bottom margin means the distance from the samples. Amount allows to insert a different number of the knives than the one calculated by the formula.
If You click "OK" button the die board will be drawn. Easyset (if was set) is a grid of circles drawn as a separate color. Insert symbol of the selected T-nuts (snap to the center of the arc (C)) in places of selected circles. After inserting the nuts You can easily remove the grid by selecting by the color (Shift + A) and pressing "Delete". If necessary, You can select the plywood edge (Shift + A + click the edge) and insert bridges.
Die board rotary
To draw a die board, appropriate for rotary machine, on the current layer, select: Edit/Die cut/Draw rotary dieboard, press "Alt+Shift+D" keys or click button:

- - 2 half-cylinders plywood - if this parameter is enabled, plywood is divided into top and bottom half.
- - Posilock system - setting causes insert the positioning elements "posilock" at set distances.
- - Net - setting causes insert on the drawing, selected net of fastening holes. As standard, nets are drawn at view at knives. If designed die-cut is compound of 1 piece (half-cylinder), net is positioned according to the front edge. If designed die-cut is compound of 2 pieces (full cylinder), net is positioned according to the line dividing into the 2 halfs.
- - Waste knives - if this parameter is enabled, the waste around the perimeter are divided into pieces of a fixed size.
If You click "OK" button the die board will be drawn. Net (if was set) is a grid of circles drawn as a separate color. Insert symbol of the selected T-nuts rotary (snap to the center of the arc (C)) in places of selected circles. After inserting the nuts You can easily remove the grid by selecting by the color (Shift + A) and pressing "Delete". If necessary, You can select the plywood edge (Shift + A + click the edge) and insert bridges.
